Specialty Precast is a growing company located near Prospect, Pennsylvania. The Corporation was established in 1998, and began manufacturing and installing foundations in 2000. As an independent company, we are not associated with any other entity allowing us to oversee all aspects of our operation and provide individualized service to meet our customers’ needs. We service individuals and contractors in the custom and manufactured housing markets in Western Pennsylvania. Today, Specialty Precast Company, Inc. is recognized as a provider of quality foundations like precast concrete manufacturing and is becoming the preferred provider of precast foundations.
